Welcome to MyUsta. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, which connects customers with skilled tradespeople ("Ustas") in Albania. By accessing or using MyUsta, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Communicate clearly with tradespeople
- Make payments as agreed upon in contracts
- Leave honest reviews after job completion
- Report any issues through proper channels
4. Usta Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about skills and experience
- Complete work as described in accepted contracts
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain any required licenses or certifications
5. Payments & Fees
MyUsta may charge service fees for using the platform. Payment terms are established in individual contracts between customers and ustas. All payments should be made through the platform's secure payment system.
6. Disputes
If a dispute arises between a customer and usta, both parties should first attempt to resolve it directly. If resolution is not possible, MyUsta's dispute resolution process may be invoked. MyUsta reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing the platform for payments
- Providing false information
- Harassment or discrimination
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Using the platform for illegal activities
8. Limitation of Liability
MyUsta provides a platform connecting users but does not perform the actual services. We are not liable for the quality of work performed by ustas or any damages arising from services rendered. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
